This course satisfies the **Oklahoma Real Estate Commission** pre-licensing education requirement and must be successfully completed prior to sitting for the Oklahoma State Real Estate Licensing Exam. **Course Dates & Schedule** * **Start Date:Tuesday, February 18, 2026 * **End Date: Sunday, April 19, 2026 * **Total Instruction Time: 90 hours Weekly Class Schedule * Tuesdays: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (3.5 hours) * Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (3.5 hours) * Sundays: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours) This schedule provides 10 instructional hours per week over 9 weeks, meeting the 90-hour OREC requirement. **Attendance & Participation Requirements** * **100% attendance is mandatory** to receive course credit. * A live camera is required at all times**, with the student visible on screen. * All sessions are **recorded and reviewed** to verify attendance and participation. * **Certificates of completion will only be issued** after full compliance with attendance and participation requirements is confirmed.
